Return Policy
- Returns Not Accepted
- Currently, we do not accept returns on products unless there is a genuine defect or issue attributable to our end.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
- Quality Control
- In the case of a return due to a defect, the product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.
- Return Procedure

- If approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the product. Note: As of now, we do not provide a pickup service, so customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Refund Policy

- Refunds are only provided if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or if we have confirmed and accepted the return due to a product defect.
- No refunds will be issued for products once they have been shipped unless there is a verified quality issue.
- Refund Process
- For cancellations made within the approved timeframe, a full refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method.
- For returned items due to defects, once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of product inspection.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, items purchased on final sale, and items without proof of purchase are not eligible for refunds.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange Policy: We do offer an exchange policy for sarees, outlined in our Exchange Policy, but direct returns without an exchange are not supported.
